Answering the Call: Capturing Rex’s Corporate Annual Event

Our work for Rex began with a call at 11:00 a.m. — an invitation to film their corporate annual event starting at 2:00 p.m. the same afternoon.

With a tight turnaround, our first priority was rapid confirmation and preparation. We immediately aligned on event needs, verified shooting scope, and finalized our equipment list. Within a short window, we assembled a full production kit, including professional lighting, flash units, and a drone, ensuring we were ready to handle both indoor and outdoor scenarios without compromise.

Arriving on site, we moved quickly but deliberately. For corporate events, timing is everything. We focused on capturing key moments while maintaining flexibility as the event unfolded. During the large group photo session and the exterior portions of the annual meeting, we deployed the drone to achieve a comprehensive visual perspective — one that no single ground-level camera could fully capture. From above, the scale of the event, the energy of the crowd, and the collective presence of every guest came together in a single frame.

One of the most memorable moments occurred as the drone passed over the terrace. Below, guests stood in small groups, engaged in relaxed conversation, laughter carrying through the open space. From that vantage point, the event transformed from a schedule of activities into something more meaningful — a living portrait of connection, culture, and shared experience.

In moments like these, the long hours, the fast response, and the technical preparation all feel worthwhile.
